Delivery / Return | Orders are despatched via a courier service. Expected delivery times are up to 5 – 7 days within the UK Mainland and up to 5 – 9 days to Europe. Larger items such as road mobility scooters are despatched on a 2 man delivery service this means that the courier will arrange a convenient date to deliver your item. While we aim to deliver within these timeframes at all times occasional delays are sometimes unavoidable. Our customer service advisors are happy to offer advice on delivery timeframes or with the tracking of any order. At the point of delivery all items should be checked for any damages and in this instance items should be signed for as damaged with the courier or rejected. They should also be reported directly to Pro Rider customer services team. Even if you do not intend to use your purchase immediately, we kindly ask that all orders are thoroughly checked upon receipt. Any claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted within 3 days of receipt of the item. |
