The flagship model of TGA Mobility’s outstanding mobility scooter range, the Breeze takes everything that you would expect from this brand and pushes it to the highest levels of stability, manoeuvrability, and comfort.  Inspired by motorcycle engineering, both the TGA Breeze S3 and Breeze S4 truly set the benchmark for mobility travel, incorporating exceptional ergonomics and performance into extremely stylish and premium looking designs. 

Quietly clever, the Breeze utilises modern LED technology for its front and rear lights, all of which automatically dim at standstill to help increase energy efficiency and preserve battery life. Shopping and other items are kept safe and secure in the waterproof and lockable rear box whilst a front basket and separate secure compartment offer further storage options for your personal belongings. Although the scooter operating controls on the Breeze are located on the right hand side of the handlebars, these can also be positioned on the left side to accommodate both left handed and right handed users.

If you have a long term illness or disability and are using mobility aids to personally assist you with your daily living, you may be eligible for what is known as VAT exemption. This means that you don’t have to pay VAT on certain products from Pro Rider Mobility.

If you require advice as to your suitability for VAT relief, please consult with HM Customs and Excise Advice Service on 0845 010 9000. Alternatively, you can call us at Pro Rider Mobility Ltd 01604 537900 and we will be happy to help further.

How to Claim

Claiming VAT relief on your order is a simple and straightforward process:

STEP 1    Add your chosen product to your basket, then click ‘checkout’

STEP 2    Fill in your shipping address and choose your shipping method, then click ‘pay now’

STEP 3    Fill in the claimant name and the reason for claiming, e.g. arthritis, then click ‘apply VAT exempt’ followed by ‘next’

STEP 4    Choose your payment method

Delivery / Return

Orders are despatched via a courier service. Expected delivery times are up to 5 – 7 days within the UK Mainland and up to 5 – 9 days to Europe. Larger items such as road mobility scooters are despatched on a 2 man delivery service this means that the courier will arrange a convenient date to deliver your item.

While we aim to deliver within these timeframes at all times occasional delays are sometimes unavoidable.

Our customer service advisors are happy to offer advice on delivery timeframes or with the tracking of any order.

At the point of delivery all items should be checked for any damages and in this instance items should be signed for as damaged with the courier or rejected. They should also be reported directly to Pro Rider customer services team.

Even if you do not intend to use your purchase immediately, we kindly ask that all orders are thoroughly checked upon receipt. Any claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted within 3 days of receipt of the item.
