Hello Simon.
Just to let you know my chair arrived yesterday morning.
The delivery slot was 10am till 1pm and it arrived at 9.45am.
I am writing to tell you that I absolutely love the chair.
I can't believe the difference it has made already. For the first time in many years I am able to sit comfortably in a chair but only with the help of the fact it is a recliner and I am able to adjust it to exactly the position I want it at.
I love the quietness of it too. I was a little bit worried about it making a lot of noise going up and down but I needn't of wasted energy worrying because it's really quiet.
And as for the recliner itself, it glides me up and down so beautifully.
So Simon, from one very happy and satisfied customer, I wish to say thank you so very much indeed for helping me be more comfortable in my home. I love my chair and I hope I get many years of usage out of it.
