mobility scooter pro rider review
Dear Colleagues. I have now recieved the scooter and am writting to mention how pleased both me and my husband are with the quality and the service we have recieved from your comany. We are still waiting for the log book from DVLA but know this can take a bit longer so will give it another few days then contact them direct to see how much longer it will be. Again our greatest thanks for a quality service and a company I will be recommending to my friends and family.
May I say how much I am enjoying the mobility scooter
Thanks for the email and yes I would like to upgrade to the larger bag. Meanwhile may I say how much I am enjoying the Road King mobility scooter. Never having been a driver and as where we live is narrow lanes and massive lorries and tractors it was a bit daunting taking to the roads but I am having a ball. Our village is also cobbled with sides which slope away which does not make for easy riding. Last time I went out I managed to knock the board outside a pub - it didn't do any damage and didn't fall over. ( I had to side up as a huge tractor and trailer was heading towards me). So I have been getting my leg pulled by my mates when they see me out and about - telling me the police are coming for me .
Hello again Simon. the mobility scooter arrived first thing on Monday morning as we were ready to visit my step son in hospital(So we had some exciting news to pass on to him)-So could you please pass on my thanks to everyone who was involved in packing and getting the scooter delivered to us.-----Me and the wife are now back home in our own house while we wait for (Shane step son ) to come home from hospital.hopefully at the weekend.or some time next week. Its then we shall "Try it out"------Until then--Thank you once again for everything Graham

PRO RIDER ROAD KING MOBILITY SCOOTER REVIEW
Dear pro rider. Just to say very impressed with the service. it was great to be able try your mobility scooters you gave good advise and no pressure. it was useful you showing me how they split down to fit in my car. and that it would fit without splitting it down. I was so surprised the road king fitted in my citron Zara compete. ramps as well. a big plus. Everyone was so helpful. even the people in the warehouse asked if I was happy with everything and asked if i had any more questions. I have now tried the road king on pavement. road and even across a grass field. (its been a long time since i could take the dog for a walk in a field.) i think this will go anywhere. This is every thing I hoped it would be. and more. can't recommend pro rider enough. I only come over to look. but so impressed had to take one away. so glad I did. Thanks Steve Boyle Highbridge Somerset
Many thanks for making the purchase such an easy experience and it is so reassuring to know that you are at the other end of the phone when I need help or advice.
Hi Simon, Many thanks for your assistance on the phone this morning. I rode down the hill to the Post Office on my spanky new scooter to post the documentation. More importantly, I had the best time I can remember in ages. Rather than being stuck in the house. I've been out and about on the scooter stopping and chatting to people and what amounts to enjoying my first experience of getting my life back. My little Scottie dog sat happily on the footbed and once we reached the park we had a great time. We didn't try all the dirt paths but the one we did venture along was just fine for the scooter. Whilst I know it won't always be a beautiful sunny day like today I can already appreciate just how much the Pro Rider King is going to change my life. Many thanks for making the purchase such an easy experience and it is so reassuring to know that you are at the other end of the phone when I need help or advice. Kind regards. Gwen
PRO RIDER ELITE MOBILITY SCOOTER REVIEW
Hi! My new scooter arrived today as promised and I am absolutely delighted with it. Last July I spent nearly £2000 on a Luggie which I consider was very poor value. I have already highlighted several problems with the Luggie and for your interest I will tell you what they are. Firstly there is no ignition key so scooter cannot be immobilised. Secondly there is no speed control which can be dangerous especially in a shop where it is wise to have such possibility. Thirdly although the scooter is very light in that it weighs on 23 kilos it cannot be broken into parts and therefore the full weight has to be lifted into a vehicle. I am now charging the battery for the new scooter and can't wait to try it out.
Just wanted to say how pleased we are with my new mobility scooter
Just wanted to say how pleased we are with my new scooter purchased from your shop on Monday. The lady in the shop looked after us so well. she was so helpful. The scooter itself is amazing value for money. Thank you so much.
