Pro Rider Mobility are authorised dealers for all of the Brooks range of Stairlifts.
We offer a free No Obligation National Survey, which is actually carried out by one of our Fully Trained Engineers and not a sales consultant! Our Engineers will make detailed measurements during the survey and discuss the available options that are open to Yourself.
After which, installation is normally within 10 working days, but often around 5 days depending upon your location. If we have missed anything during the survey and extra costs are involved, we will cover them in full. The agreed price with Pro Rider Mobility is the Only and Full price You pay.
All our Stairlifts are covered by 12 months warranty, which can be extended by a further 3 years for Your peace of mind. We have also created an option that includes the cost of an annual service for total peace of mind!

Mr Fredrick Brooks made his first stairlift in 1973 for his wife Grace, a rheumatoid arthritis sufferer.

Guaranties and Warranties
Your Brooks Stairlift is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the installation date. The guarantee covers you for all mechanical failures through defects in manufacture or installation. Cost effective extended warranty options are available – Here (link!?)
Installation
Your BROOKS Lincoln Stairlift is normally installed in around 1 hour. Leave it all to us, if there are banister rails that need repositioning or if you need additional grab rails, we can arrange for this to be done during the installation of your stairlift, additional fees maybe payable but this will be discussed during the Survey. It's all part of the Pro Rider service and experience.
Service
We provide a speedy reliable back-up and maintenance service to ensure that you will be consistently happy with your lift. With a network of Engineers thoughout the UK, you will not be kept waiting long in the unlikely event of a breakdown. All stairlifts are designed to comply with the current BS5776 and BS5900 Standards.
Maintenance
Your BROOKS Stairlift is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the installation date by Pro Rider Mobility. The guarantee provides cover for all parts replacement and labour charges should your lift need to be repaired through mechanical or electrical failure. We also recommend that you have your stairlift serviced once each year by one of our Fully Trained Pro Rider Engineers.
Extended Warranty
You can purchase extended warranties covering all parts and labour charges From 1 year, up to a further 3 years, including all annual service costs. This scheme is our ‘Five Star Warranty Programme’ - ask for further details from either our sales consultants or engineers. To take advantage of the extended warranty cover, it should be purchased at the time of installation or, at the latest, 12 months after installation.
