WHO CAN CLAIM VAT RELIEF ON PURCHASES?

Charities: Where the goods are made available by the charity to a disabled person for their personal or domestic use. Full details can be found at HM Customs and Excise, Notice 701/7, Supplies to charities.

Non-eligible customers: If you are not eligible for VAT relief, we are obliged to charge you the full 17.5% VAT on the whole of your order. Please contact us so that we can re-calculate your bill.

To claim VAT Relief on your purchases you just need to complete a simple online form confirming the above. The form can be lodged with us electronically, or printed out, signed and posted to us.

If you submit the form online, you will automatically be able to add this product to your shopping basket without VAT being charged.
